# DeNet

> DeNet is a non-custodial, decentralized data storage protocol (DePIN — Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network). It lets individuals and enterprises store data across a distributed network of independent node operators instead of centralized cloud providers, aiming to restore data ownership, privacy, and resistance to large-scale data analysis.

DeNet is EVM-compatible and chain-agnostic. The protocol rewards "Watcher Nodes" and storage providers for contributing bandwidth/storage capacity, and offers consumer and enterprise storage products alongside a token-incentivized node network.
